Meet Our Trainers
KEVIN DUBREE
Kevin brings more than 25 years of experience in the health/fitness field,
including corporate fitness, strength and conditioning and health club
management. He graduated from Augustana College with a bachelor’s degree in
Psychology. He earned his Master of Science degree from Western Illinois
University in Sports/Fitness Management. Kevin is a certified personal trainer
through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He is a competitive NPC
bodybuilder. Kevin is passionate about health
and fitness and desires to see people live a strong and healthy life.
KAREN DUBREE
Karen is a highly qualified personal trainer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University. With 20 years of experience in the field, she is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. In addition to her work as a personal trainer, Karen also homeschools her twin daughters.
GISELLE LAUREN FERACO
Giselle has over 35 years of experience in the fitness field. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from New York University and her master’s degree from City University of New York. She has certifications in both Group Fitness and Personal Training from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Giselle also has multiple specialty certifications including her certification from the Cancer Exercise Training Institute (CETI). Giselle finds gratification in helping her clients maintain or gain strength and is continually inspired by them.
CHRISTINA SANNICANDRO
Christina is a certified personal trainer through the National
Federation of Personal Training (NFPT). She was never interested in exercise
and diet until she saw the change in her husband when he began working out at
HIT Fitness. When Christina made the personal decision to step out of her
comfort zone, she saw huge benefits not just physically but mentally as well.
These changes led her to pursue a certification as a personal trainer. Now
passionate about exercise and health, Christina loves to see people succeed and
be transformed.
